Celebrating Life - 2

Here I am again with the second of todays offerings. It's the same format as the first card I posted, but with a slightly different layout and using glitter magic on the image to give a little detail and interest instead of the glossy accents previously used.

When I added the glitter to the image, it ended up looking quite green, completely unintentionally, so I went with it and used a matching green cardstock to mat the image. I was pleased with the simple but striking layout. I kept it very CAS as I wanted it to be very simple to let the message feature.

The image is again from DigiStamp Boutique and the sentiment was from a big bin of loose sentiments in grey rubber from the Ally Pally Craft fair. I sadly don't recall the name of the company, but ended up with so many lovely sentiments from rummaging through those huge bins of grey rubber. I'll miss that this year!

I scored around the edge of the image again for a little elegant finish before matting it on the green papermania cardstock.

I want to try and post all four cards from this series tonight before heading to beddy-byes, so will head off to post the other two now. Thanks for popping in. Hugs, Wends xxx
