Lili of the Valley ~ Sweet Stampin' Challenge ~ Gnomes, Elves and Tomten
Hello lovelies, allow me to introduce you to Alfie, he's the 'Elf and Safety' officer at the North Pole. He'll see you right should you need his help. Tougher than he looks and the right man in a pinch! I'm sharing this cutie as part of the latest challenge at Sweet Stampin' for our Give A Gnome A Home Challenge, which includes cards featuring, Gnomes, Elves and Tomten.
I couldn't resist colouring up this cutie for this challenge. This adorable image is from the latest release at Lili of the Valley, a set called Happy Christmas. I've coloured the images with Copic Markers, fussy cut them and added sweet Alfie with foam dots for a bit of dimension. The tree I added without dimension to look as if it's in the background. I splattered some Spritz colours new to my stash to add some interest to the background. I used Spiced Marmalade and Wilted Lavender Spritz and also some Twisted Citron Oxide Spray. I added a sweet sentiment also from Lili of the Valley and used some Hardware Heads to complete the banner, I think they look so cool! That fabulous frame die is from Whimsy Stamps and I absolutely love it! I cut it twice, overlaying the green after I'd pushed all the gold holly leaves out of the frame and added them back in with the green cardstock. Love the effect.
Thanks for stopping in today friends. I hope you enjoyed seeing my second design for Lili of the Valley, which I'm also sharing as my contribution for the current Sweet Stampin' Challenge. I will be back with another crafty adventure soon, but encourage you to check out the sweet creations my Sweet Stampin' teamies made for this challenge. They're so much fun! You can also see designs shared in the We Love Lili of the Valley Group by the talented team there. If you're not signed up there and love these images, do consider joining. It's a lovely group of crafters who enjoy sharing their Lili of the Valley themed creations. I will be back soon with another crafty adventure. In the meantime I wish you a wonderful and creative week. Hugs, Wends xoxo
(I share thumbnails to the elements I design with in order to make your search for them easier, in case you like something I've used. I do use affiliate links where possible, which gives me a tiny commission but costs you no extra whatsoever. It helps the companies I design for to improve their marketing practice and track my contributions. I am deeply grateful if you use them for these reasons. I am proud to design for the companies I do and always feel happy to share where my inspiration and where my crafty stash comes from. I am occasionally gifted products to use, but I only design for companies whose products I absolutely love and buy for myself. My opinions are always my own.)
