Whimsy Wednesday ~ Snow Much Fun

Hey there lovely crafty pals. It's time for another Whimsy Wednesday post from me. I missed sharing a card during our New Release over the 1st to the 3rd of December as I was super busy with caring for extended family, but boy do I have a cute new release image to share with you all today.

This darling pair are called Snow Couple and I think they are super cute! I've coloured the image with Copic Markers and paired them with a plaid paper from Pixel Scrapper designer Violet Irisovna that picked up the blue and red of the colouring. I really love this tartan paper. You may recall a 'doily split' trick I did on a previous creation, I've done this again with this card to allow a little more of the doily to show along the sides. I've added some snowflakes with pearl centres and a poinsettia cut from the loveliest cardstock with a really velvet sheen using a Whimsy Stamps Poinsettia die. The sentiment is from a fabulous set made by Crissy Armstrong.
