Puppy Love
Time has rolled around again for another challenge over at Dream Valley. So here's my DT card for this challenge. The theme this time is 'Inspired by a Song/Movie/Book' which quite frankly is carte blanche! Love that. Can you guess my song from this image?
My card was made for the daughter of one of my best UK friends for her birthday and the image is meant to represent her and my son Zac, who were firm friends when we lived in the UK. They were so very sweet with each other and my pal and I would joke about it being 'Puppy Love', so this just fits perfectly this challenge and that song by Donny Osmond. This fab little pair is by the talented pen of Krista Smith from Saturated Canary. They are quite aptly called 'Puppy Love'. The papers are Kaisercraft Bubblegum Hills again. Love these papers. Corners are cut with my Quickutz corner die and hand diecutting tool. The lovely banner is a La-La Land Crafts Heart Banner Die. Blooms and ribbon is from stash and the image is of course coloured in my Promarkers. I used a metallic marker from Letraset for the wee girlie's shoes for a bit of shine. Doesn't show up well in the pics sadly.
