Whimsy Stamps - St Paddy's Day Fun

Hey crafty pals, it's March, can you believe it?! We've just had the most fabulous launch at Whimsy, a brilliant release of physical products and a stellar line up of new digital images too! With St Paddy's Day fast approaching and Easter too, we've some really fun images in store. I've had a play combining some fun Whimsy sets. I wanted to create a St Paddy's Day bookmark with this cute mouse from the Meljen's Collection, so I've paired with an older clear stamp set from Whimsy which includes this fabulous St Patrick's Day sentiment, but also that dapper little hat! It was so fun to create this bookmark for my little boy and I love how it turned out! 

I wanted to show the sentiment too, so stamped this on another bookmark, so I could show what the front and back of the bookmark look like together. I coloured this cute mouse with my Copic Markers and then added some sparkly details with a silver Sakura Gelly Roll pen. The shot below was taken before I added the sparkle to all those little squiggly bits. They came up a treat with that little touch of sparkle.
