Lili of the Valley ~ Peeping Critters

Hey crafty friends, there's a recent release over at Lili of the Valley featuring some adorable and very simple to colour Peeping Critters. I've coloured up this adorable bear. These designs lend themselves to quite clean and simple card designs, so I've paired it right back and only coloured the bear. I think he's adorable! I need to hunt out a stamp set that says 'you're' or 'you are' to complete the sentiment, but it's otherwise good to go!

I've used a lovely gold card base I bought recently from a local craft store. It's the NZ/UK card size similar to a US A2, but it's a little narrower and slightly taller. This card base has a lovely gold sheen to it, so made a nice base for this design. I printed the image on Hammermill 100lb coverweight cardstock and coloured it with my Copic Markers. I added a strip of black behind the image panel to matte it onto the gold card base et voilà, the card was complete. A quick and simple card from me for this sweet release, but do check out all the gorgeous creations my teamies have been making, over on the Lili of the Valley Facebook Group. They have some fabulous ideas!

Thanks for popping in today friends, I hope you've enjoyed this make and I'll be back again soon with another crafty adventure featuring the latest release from Lili of the Valley. It's a fab release and I'm keen to get my pens out again for a play! Hugs, Wends xoxo

I do use affiliate links where possible, which gives me a tiny commission but costs you no extra whatsoever. It helps the companies I design for to improve their marketing practice and track my contributions. I am deeply grateful if you use them for these reasons. I am proud to design for the companies I do and always feel happy to share where my inspiration and where my crafty stash comes from. I am occasionally gifted products to use, but I only design for companies whose products I absolutely love and buy for myself. My opinions are always my own.)
