Welcome to the Loves Rubberstamps weekly Sensational Sunday Blog Hop! The Design Team has created some gorgeous projects for your Inspiration. Check out each link and leave a comment. If you get lost along the way, each stop will have a full list of links. One of the Design Team posts is the hop's Sensational Sunday Sweet Spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to be in a monthly drawing for a $20 Loves Rubberstamps Gift Voucher! We will draw the winner of the Voucher the 1st Sunday of each month from all the comments left on the design team blogs! Remember, you have until 8:00 pm CST Saturday to leave your comments! Some come hop along with us and be inspired to create.

I've chosen a gorgeous stamp from The Greeting Farm for my creation today. The stamp is called 'Anya Celebrates'. I gotta tell ya, I'm getting quite a collection of these gorgeous 'big girl' stamps from The Greeting Farm. I LOVE these girlies. So watch out for more makes with these from me. I've used alcohol markers to colour the image and edged the image with Walnut Stain Distress Ink from Ranger, which you can find here in the store. I find I really need to use the right paper to get the best results from my alcohol markers, my favourite is an English paper you can find here. The Crafter's Companion paper has never let me down.
The sentiment I've used for this card is a lovely one from a Stamping Bella stamp set called Maybelline Loves Mail from their Uptown Girls range. I just love the sentiments that come with these sets. Each stamp comes with it's own sentiment, sometimes the option of two. They're brilliant paired with the images in the set, but as you can see work really well with other images too. Check out the collection here.
I've kept the card pretty CAS for this make, as I wanted the stamp to be the feature and the long tall nature of this stamp lends itself really well to a long tall card shape. So I folded a long strip of cardstock, added a simple washi tape strip behind the image and mounted the image on foam pads to give a little dimension. I used some pretty baker's twine for a simple finish. I love baker's twine and there are so many gorgeous colours in the store right now. Check out the range here.
