Whimsy Stamps ~ Your Twilight Years

Hey crafty friends, I'm back with another Halloween creation, yep, I think this is the MOST Halloween creations I've made in one year and I'm still not done! Hehe. But this one was made really quick and easy thanks so some utterly fabulous Whimsy Stamps Halloween paper and one of their fantastic multi aperture dies. So incredibly easy, but I think really effective!

I created this card using the same fabulous die as I did for the Frankenschmutz card I just shared. But shifted to the landscape position. This die is amazing and can be used so many different ways! I love the stitched edges of the panels and it's easy to pop up any of the elements with foam, achieving so many possible different looks. I kept this one pretty simple, just popping up the outer frame with some thin foam strips for that added bit of dimension and interest. I used Versafine Black ink to add the sentiment straight on to the patterned paper.

The cute image is from a Whimsy Stamps Halloween Stamp set called Dracula Bite Me. As soon as I saw this fantastic paper from the Whimsy Stamps Halloween Paper Pack Haunted, I just knew, I wanted to combine this cute Vampire with the coffin scene paper. It really needed nothing else to finish the design, so I kept it very simple, just adding the wee vampire and the sentiment. Fun, but oh so quick to make!
