Mo's Children's Challenge

I have a sweet card for you today, that my Georgie made for her papa's birthday. My hubby is a rock guitarist, so she wrote on the inside of the card - I wanna be just like you Dad! So sweet and Greg really loved it. She coloured this fab image from Mo's Digital Pencil called Jammin' Janice all herself. She loves to use my Promarkers, I break out in a cold sweat every time she does, but I'm learning to share! LOL. Georgie kept the card style very CAS, as she wanted the image to be the focus, which I think really works, so she just edged the card in a denim blue to finish. So here is her offering for Mo's Children's Challenge in all it's glory... (You can see this card on her papa's bedside table in my previous post.)

I love the way Georgie used two colours in the hair and on the boots for detail. She also used a metallic silver Promarker on the guitar for shine and bling. It doesn't show up so well in this pick but it's there! Please excuse the smudges, just part of an 8 year olds process, and when I mentioned it to her, she just said, "no Mum, it's cool, it's grungy you know?" Laugh out loud funny, man I love that girl! She really is a rock chick!!

And finally, I can't resist posting this, as she's really looking the part and I so see my future teenager here! LOL!!!
