Fab 'n' Funky ~ Sunny Summer Projects
Hey there my lovely crafty pals. I'm sharing my Fab 'n' Funky DT creation with you tonight. It's been another busy week, so I've opted to use a topper for this creation. I LOVE these LOTV scenes, they have some really lovely ones. Our hostess this week is the very lovely and talented Chris and she chose 'Sunny Summer Projects' as the theme this week.
I matted the lovely LOTV topper with foam for dimension onto a base of Olive green cardstock. I added a couple of score lines to the top and bottom just for a bit of interest and I tied some matching hessian twine around the image to finish. The sentiment is from a Penny Black set called Sprinkles and Smiles. I used Memento Olive Grove ink to stamp the sentiment directly onto the topper. The layers were added to a scalloped edge cream card base.
I think this LOTV field of Summer flowers is just perfect for Chris's lovely theme this week. I can't wait to see what you're inspired to do! Be sure to head on over to the Challenge and check out what the rest of the DT got up to for their creations. You're sure to be inspired by this talented team! I'll be back again very soon with another crafty adventure, until then, have a wonderful week. Hugs, Wends xoxo
